Who we are…

IUPAT District Council 10 was formed and chartered in 2022 after realizing that a centralized labor council was fundamental in representing the vast area that would become affiliated. 

We represent and service Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, and even have members stretching as far as Southern California. 

We are composed of eleven Local Unions that span some of the most diverse trades within the IUPAT and pride ourselves on having the most culturally diverse and youngest staff within any labor organization. We were honored by former General President Kenneth Rigmaiden as “Looking like America” when he gave his remarks at the 2019 Texas Building and Construction Trades Convention.

We have always and will continue to look for those workers who work within our jurisdictions that seek union representation and a voice in their workplace.
